TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:  Preliminary and final Site Plan preparation, Building Design/Construction Plan Services, Engineering and Critical Area Studies, Mitigation and Critical Area Site Plans, Flood compliance.

PERMIT SUBMITTAL SERVICES:  Expediting of Single and Multi Family Residential Building Permits, Commercial, Tenant Improvements, Access, Grading, Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Forest Practices Permits, etc. 

Code Violations. 

Lender draw inspection services.

Asset manager assistance: Services to manage and secure permit, entitlement and construction of projects either new or underway and incomplete). Public Records research.

Fee Schedule:

Site visits: $200.00 - 250.00 depending on location.

Feasibility reports $350.00 - $1000.00**

Land Use and other related approvals** $1000.00 - $2500.00+

Services are billed at a rate of $85.00 per hour. (i.e. preparation of application documents, site plans, targeted drainage plans, grading plans, critical area studies and/or mitigation plans critical area site plans, forest practice approvals). 

Fee Examples:

Critical Area Site Studies and/or Mitigation Plans $2000.00+, Forest Practices (w/ grading & drainage; does not include engineering if requried) $1500.00, Targeted drainage plans $150+, Site plans $300.00+, Building permit with critical areas $850.00, Building permit city/platted lots including preparation of site plan $650.00.
